Sign Up and Volunteer Forms
You will find registration and volunteer forms below.
Participating children must be able to provide one of the following to play.
- Enrolled in Our Lady of the Rosary School.
- Live in Parish boundaries. *SEE PARISH BOUNDARIES*
- Attend Faith Formation (CCD) classes at least 1yr prior to enrollment.
